A six-week guided space to notice, feel, and respond from within
There are moments when the body speaks quietly.
A tightening. A pull toward rest. A subtle sense of “no” or “not yet.”
Many of us move past these signals without meaning to. We override them, analyze them away, or wait until they become louder than we’d like.
The Body Listening Workshop is an invitation to slow down enough to hear what’s already here.

Body listening is not about fixing yourself.
It’s not about perfect alignment, deep catharsis, or pushing through discomfort.
It is the practice of noticing sensation as information.
Of learning the language of your own inner cues.
Of building trust with your body through attention, movement, and rest.
This work centers interoception: the capacity to sense what is happening inside you, moment by moment. From there, choice becomes clearer. Movement becomes more honest. Stillness becomes more available.
The Body Listening Workshop is a six-week, gently structured experience designed to help you reconnect with your body’s signals in a supported and accessible way.
Each week unfolds slowly, with space to explore rather than rush.
You’ll be guided through short video practices that weave together:
Somatic movement and sensation awareness
Myofascial release and acupressure-inspired exploration
Gentle kundalini and yin yoga practices
Simple reflection and journaling prompts
The emphasis is not on doing more, but on noticing more.
You are encouraged to move at your own pace, revisit practices, and let repetition deepen understanding rather than mastery.
Each week includes:
2–3 short micro-lesson videos (10–15 minutes each)
One longer embodied practice (20–30 minutes)
Interactive workbook pages to reflect, journal, and track your experience
Altogether, the practices offer about an hour of weekly engagement, with flexibility built in. You choose how and when to participate.
This is not a program to keep up with.
It’s a rhythm to return to.
Over time, participants often notice:
A clearer sense of internal cues and boundaries
More ease and choice in movement
A softer relationship with discomfort and rest
Increased trust in bodily knowing
There is no expectation of progress, breakthrough, or outcome. Listening itself is the practice.
Curious about interoception and embodied awareness
Seeking a gentler, non-performative approach to yoga and movement
Wanting structure without pressure
Interested in learning how to respond to your body with care rather than control
It may not be the right fit if you are looking for fast results, prescriptive instruction, or a highly athletic practice.

The Body Listening Workshop is offered as a structured pause, not a cure.
A place to slow down.
A place to notice.
A place to practice responding with care.
If this feels like a pace your body recognizes, you’re welcome to explore further.
