Your body is always communicating. Through sensation, breath, tension, ease, fatigue, emotion. Interoception is the ability to sense and interpret these internal signals. When we slow down enough to notice them, the body becomes less something to manage and more something to relate to. Listening matters because it restores choice, agency, and trust. It allows movement to arise from awareness rather than override it.

Come as you are - your coziest sweats & fave band tee are perfect! Home practice = no frills, no fuss, all focus on what your body needs.
My approach weaves together the stillness of Yin yoga, the curiosity of somatic movement (yes, including those delicious wiggles), the therapeutic melt of myofascial release and acupressure, and the subtle spark of Kundalini and chakra work. All of it is held within a trauma-aware, body-led space-then wrapped into short, on-demand classes made for real, busy humans.
It's a unique blend designed to help you unwind, tune in, restore your nervous system, and feel genuinely good in your body.

This work unfolds over time and through gentle repetition. You’re welcome to practice with me in different ways, whether through ongoing classes on my YouTube channel, class pack series rentals, focused immersions via Zoom, or an upcoming workshop for deeper exploration of learning to listen and respond to your body with care. Wherever you begin, the invitation is the same: move at your own pace, stay curious, and let your body lead.

Monthly newsletter arrives on the 15th of each month.

Jennifer’s lifelong study of movement began in the bright whirl of competitive gymnastics and unfolded into a wide-ranging career across Group Exercise Instruction, Massage Therapy, and Yoga Instruction. Her focus on injury prevention and recovery, woven with years of collaboration alongside holistic and medical practitioners, has given her an intimate view of how the body and mind weather strain and find their way back to ease. Her classes draw from Yin yoga’s quiet spaciousness, the intuitive play of somatic movement, and the steady inner current of Kundalini and chakra-centered work. Guided by her own history of traumatic injuries and surgeries, she offers a trauma-aware space shaped by gentleness, steady presence, and respect for each person’s pace. She invites students to move with listening, curiosity, and a growing trust in their own inner compass.
