60 Minute Yin Yoga & Mindful Movement On Zoom

Find ease & balance with this 60-minute Zoom class. We will begin with relaxing practices to allow us to tune in to our bodies. Then we will progress through longer-held Yin Yoga postures to release accumulated tension & allow our bodies to open pathways for circulation & good energy flow. We will finish in the stillness of Savasana to allow our bodies to integrate this healing practice & recharge ourselves for our active lifestyles.

Participation

All classes will record only myself for member replay in the Unset Ways Class Library. Participants will be muted & video can be on or off during class.

Cost

Each class is free or pay-what-you-can to allow greater accessibility to this yoga practice.

Replays are not included with the live classes, but the full class library is accessible for $25/month via the Membership menu.

Steps For Class Sign-Up

1. Download Zoom onto your computer or mobile device. You can make a Zoom account for free as a participant. No need to pay for a subscription on Zoom.

2. Click the "Register" button here in this class listing for the date you wish to attend.

3. Receive your Zoom Class link in the confirmation email, plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts.

4. You will be admitted from the “Waiting Room” at the time of class.

5. Make sure the device you use for Zoom can be adjusted to be easily seen from your yoga mat without straining. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins.

About Yoga Teacher Jennifer

Jennifer began her professional wellness involvement as an exercise instructor in studio & aquatic arenas. Deepening her career as a Massage Therapist, Jennifer specialized in providing care for injury treatment & prevention, especially repetitive motion concerns. She built active working relationships with many holistic & medical professionals from a variety of Eastern & Western approaches to whole body care. Through this exploration, Jennifer cultivated a wider scope to understand the bodymind connection. Now through teaching Yoga & Mindful Movement, Jennifer's goal is to share the importance of maintaining mobility & staying in tune with our bodyminds, ultimately building balance, awareness, & endurance for facing stress, trauma, & challenges in life.
